Dehlan works with properties across Seattle, Bellevue and the Eastside, specializing in new construction communities, investment sales, and single-family residence & condominium resales. Dehlan’s portfolio includes homes built by some of the most esteemed builders and developers in the area. His background in development has allowed him to assist his clients in successfully moving projects from conceptual design to delivery of new construction home sales. Over the past decade, his industry insights and listings have been regularly featured in the Wall Street Journal and Puget Sound Business Journal.

As Seattle becomes an increasingly global address, Dehlan's multi-lingual background is vitally important in facilitating streamlined deals for his international and local clients alike. He is a founding member of RSIR’s Asia Services Group, and he has aligned himself with a network of Sotheby’s International Realty offices around the world – wherever his clients may be.

Dehlan is a graduate of the University of Washington's Foster School of Business and the Runstad Department’s Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE). Born and raised and now a resident of Bellevue, Dehlan has lived, worked and played in the neighborhoods that comprise the majority of his business.

Away from the office, Dehlan's passion for fly fishing has led him all over the West with his drift boat in tow. Dehlan coaches Little League Baseball on Mercer Island and is a proud supporter of University of Washington athletics & everything purple & gold.

Dehlan currently serves as the Vice President of New Developments at Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty.
